QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ year fast casual restaurant management experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• NY: Level 1 Serve Safe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Able to work in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen, lifting 50+ pounds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the General and Assistant General Managers in daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate the crew, ensuring top-notch guest satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on support for all positions, from cashier to grill and cleaning duties.
