Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional services.
  • Ensure team performance aligns with company standards and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a positive team culture that reflects TriGuard’s core values.
  • Monitor and report on team progress, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Support team members’ professional development through coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for operational improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation following company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and adaptability to new systems and software.
  • Relevant qualifications in operations management, or a related field (desirable)
