About the role We are currently looking for Team Leader who will in charge of overall feasibility study, design tender document preparation consultancy services, project management Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, quality control, time & cost management and closure of a project Coordinate among experts of different discipline; sub-consultants; employer, related agencies, other stakeholders etc. Recommend phasing of construction packages and finalize the phasing before Draft Final Feasibility Study Report Review the project scope and divide the works into suitable construction packages Finalize the phasing plan before the Draft Final Feasibility Study Report About You: Graduation in relevant field 20 years of professional experience 12 years’ experience in railway, 8 years’ experience in feasibility and design consultancy 5 years’ experience as Team Leader/Project Manager Preferable working experience in FIDIC Contract and SAARC Region We value equity, diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to do their best. The Team Leader is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and closure of feasibility studies and design tender consultancy services. This includes coordinating multidisciplinary experts and stakeholders to finalize construction packages and phasing plans.
