OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to join our dynamic team.
As a Team Leader you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. You will be involved in various aspects of Customer Service and Customer interaction, Leading and Guiding the other Team Members and ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous Customer Service experience essential.
  • Working in hospitality experience essential
  • Football Coaching Experience Preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for teamwork and customer interaction.
  • Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Support kitchen staff with basic culinary tasks as needed.
