Your tasks

• You will design and establish low-maintenance, scalable test architectures and continuously develop our test suite landscape as part of a team – including seamless integration into existing CI/CD pipelines .
• You specify, implement, and automate test cases according to business and technical requirements.
• You will work closely with software developers,  DevOps engineers and  subject matter experts  , contributing your testing expertise to architecture and DevOps decisions as well as to the testable design of specifications.
• You will be responsible for the  professional leadership of the  test engineers  in the team and  will promote  their further development .
• You drive the continuous improvement of development and testing processes.
• You ensure structured and sustainable test documentation and actively promote knowledge transfer within the team.
• You will contribute to the conception and further development of CI/CD pipelines as well as meaningful dashboards for test and release metrics .

Your profile

• Degree: University degree or comparable qualification in the relevant field.
• Experience: Several years of experience in test automation of distributed systems and microservice architectures within agile development environments.
• Tool and methodology skills: Solid knowledge of test automation, CI/CD, containerization and Infrastructure -as -Code with common tools such as Selenium , Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Working method: Agile, quality-oriented and continuously learning working method with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Personality: A change-oriented and committed personality with the ambition to contribute to the digitalization of the healthcare system through innovative solutions.
• Language:  You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
