As a Client Experience Team Leader you’ll plan and support the day-to-day operations of our funeral branches in the Brighton / West Sussex region ensuring delivery of the best end of life care. This will include training and developing colleagues, providing funeral home cover, delivering funeral plan sales and the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation and aftercare services.
