TEAM LEADER
Salary: £13.00 per hour (£27,040 per annum)
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week
Service: Steps
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our team at Steps Residential.
Steps - Residential is a part of the National Care Group and is a specialist provider working alongside people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism
We provide person centred care across 5 residential services in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. As a team we focus on tailored support to help each person achieve their individual goals and aspirations. The Team Leader Role
As a Team Leader, you will promote and ensure that the company vision of person-centred support is implemented whilst maintaining an individual’s potential and independence. You will be the front-line manager, whilst also ensuring all necessary back office duties are completed within compliance.
A Team Leader is required to respect and work cooperatively with others, enabling the people we support to live in their own home or within their local community with dignity and confidence. Responsibilities include:
