Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow? · Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment · Delivery of Employee training · Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing · Point of sale automated systems · Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising · Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The hourly wage for the position has a range of $23.36 to $24.36 plus a discretionary bonus with a target of 5% and a maximum of 10%. The range is based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer. This is a newly created position. Compensation The starting salary for this position is $23.36 . A bonus scheme with an annual target bonus of of the base salary is in place for this position, subject to contractual terms as well as a standard benefit package.
