  • Minimum 1 year of direct sales, field sales, or team leadership experience (required)

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Rogers residential services (TV, Internet, Home Phone, Smart Home solutions) through face-to-face field sales
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 3–8 Sales Representatives
  • Set, track, and achieve both individual and team sales targets
  • Provide motivational leadership to maximize team performance
  • Lead by example in canvassing, cold calling, and customer engagement
  • Manage performance through Salesforce CRM, weekly meetings, and hands-on coaching
  • Report sales activity and progress to senior management
