ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Team Leader / Supervisor Skills Coach, you’ll support apprentices on the Team Leader Level 3 programme, helping them grow into confident, capable leaders.
You’ll:
· Deliver inspiring one-to-one coaching sessions and engaging group workshops
· Guide apprentices through their development journey, from induction to End Point Assessment
· Use your real-world leadership experience to contextualise learning and bring theory to life
· Support learners with portfolio development, goal setting, and career progression

ABOUT THE ROLE (IN DETAIL):

At SR Apprenticeships, we’re proud to work with over 130 forward-thinking employers across the UK, supporting their workforce development. As part of our growing Apprenticeship Delivery team, your role as a Management Tutor will include:
· Managing a caseload of Level 3 apprentices, helping them achieve their qualifications and professional goals
· Delivering structured learning through a mix of virtual workshops and in-person sessions
· Conducting 12-weekly reviews with learners and their line managers
· Supporting apprentices to build strong portfolios and prepare for End Point Assessments
· Addressing barriers to learning and providing tailored advice, guidance and encouragement
· Upholding best practice in Safeguarding, Prevent, EDI and Health & Safety
This is a hybrid role, with remote working and occasional travel to meet learners or attend team events.
