We’re seeking an experienced individual who has the ability to build, develop and lead a team of professionals. The Position Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing the completion and submission of quality product in a timely manner, and will be accountable for training new team members. Our company is looking for someone who is a capable and effective manager, as well as a hard-working individual with the skills needed to accomplish daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, feedback, and support to staff members and project teams.
• Motivate, coach, and develop staff.
• Solve staff problems.
• Meet budgets.
• Set goals for staff and evaluate performance.
• Monitor staff attendance, work quality, and job performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable law.,.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £7.00-£11.64 per hour
