Your tasks

  • Professional leadership of a team of supply chain specialists
  • Ensuring operational excellence in scheduling, inventory management, and delivery performance
  • Prioritizing tasks, resource management, and capacity planning within the team
  • Responsibility for KPIs such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory levels and process stability
  • Escalation management in case of bottlenecks, delivery problems or operational disruptions, including interface management.
  • Initiation and implementation of process improvements, digitization and automation
  • Team member development: including training, feedback, and goal setting.
  • Reporting to superiors, creating analyses and recommendations for action
  • Participation in day-to-day operations in the area of ​​Supply Chain Services

Your profile

  • Commercial training and/or studies with a focus on supply chain management
  • Several years of operational experience in purchasing and sales processing or customer service, as well as initial management experience.
  • Solid knowledge in the areas of supply chain processes, material flows and inventory management, as well as experience in project work and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, strategic and communicative skills
  • Strong self-motivation, a clear sense of responsibility, and decisiveness
  • High service and quality orientation
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs and ideally SAP S/4 HANA
