THE ROLE

The Role - What You’ll Be Doing:
This isn’t just any job - it’s about supporting people to live life their way. From helping with everyday tasks like cooking or personal care, to going on beach trips, holidays, and even theme park days - no two days are the same.
You’ll be there to cheer them on, build confidence, and help them feel part of their community.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Supporting with personal care and daily routines
• Helping individuals set and achieve personal goals
• Leading shifts and keeping things running smoothly
• Administering medication safely
• Using our super easy digital platform to record what matters
• Planning fun activities - think road trips, days out, even festivals!
