* Outstanding leadership opportunity within our specialist disability accommodation program * Permanent position located in Eastern suburbs.  Great team environment and supportive management * Competitive Salary and NFP Salary Packaging   About the role Experienced Team Leader required to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in the eastern suburbs.  As the Team Leader you will manage the day-to-day operations of the SIL service.   You will provide quality person-centred active support services to residents and liaises with families, lead the team and manager rosters. This is a permanent ongoing position. About you: To be successful you will an experienced Team Leader in a SIL service in the disability sector.  You will provide outstanding care and support to residents and their families and with exceptional leadership and people skills you will build effective relationships with staff ensuring excellent day to day operations.     This role is a split of direct care and administration; you will be required to cover shifts involving weekdays/weekends (full shift details will be provided).
