Description

We are looking for a Team Leader who has a genuine passion for care and who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.

As a Team Leader you will:

  • Provide high quality, personalized support in line with support plans
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members and new starters
  • Lead by example and lead shifts when required
  • Assist with rota management where required
  • Observe and monitor the wellbeing of the individuals we support

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven supervisory experience in a supported living environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Proficient in developing and implementing care plans
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to drive as part of the role
  • Familiarity with IT systems relevant to care management and documentation
