Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Leader to support the management of Serviced Offices, Virtual Offices, and Co-working operations. The Team Leader will play a key role in driving sales performance, stabilizing the team and clients, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting profitability, while following established systems and standard Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, co-working, or serviced offices. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close and grow accounts. Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. High level of professionalism and customer-focused attitude. Good knowledge of CRM systems and billing/accounting systems is an advantage. Willingness to attend networking events and work flexible hours when needed. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus Responsibilities Lead and support the team to achieve sales, service, and operational targets. Handle office, virtual office, and co-working enquiries and work towards agreed conversion targets. Conduct client tours, demonstrations, and presentations of services and technology. Follow up on all enquiries and maintain accurate CRM and sales records. Support client onboarding, welcome calls, and ongoing client success meetings. Build strong relationships with clients and respond to all client queries within 24 hours. Support client retention and professionally handle client terminations when required. Assist in increasing subscriptions, renewals, and upselling opportunities. Ensure correct client setup in billing and accounting systems, including services and recurring charges. Support accurate and timely invoice preparation and distribution. Monitor accounts follow-ups and assist in payment collection as per company targets. Ensure offices and co-working areas meet presentation and operational standards. Liaise with IT, building management, and service providers when required. Support and motivate team members through regular meetings, coaching, and training. Lead by example in professionalism, attitude, and customer service. Attend networking events and support community-building activities. Report regularly and accurately to management on performance and operations.
Responsibilities
