Te Tūranga /About the Role:  As a Team Leader in Internal Products, you will have responsibility and accountability for the department and its outcomes. You will play a critical part in ensuring team members know and understand what’s expected and how the team’s production output contributes to the overall departmental production targets.   This department deals primarily in lamb but will also do mutton and bobby calves. You will provide inspirational leadership to your team, compromised of 32 direct reports, which enables the highest of standards to be set and builds a team culture which embraces and values respect, safety, accountability, and teamwork.  This role is nightshift, with hours between 2.30pm and 12.30am, of 45 hours per week.  Ōu Pūkenga /About You:  * Are passionate about delivering to high standards and being the best * Enjoy and are experienced at leading people successfully and helping them grow    * Enjoy teamwork and tackle challenges with a positive mindset * Are committed to never staying the same (continuous improvement) Your previous experience as a leader within the food manufacturing industry is paramount. You are also skilled in coordination and organisation and pride yourself on your communication skills, both written and verbal. Ideally you have sound product knowledge, enabling you to educate your staff. You would also describe yourself as tech savvy.
