THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a Scientist or Technician with strong people management and operational skills to oversee the Genomic Diagnostics technical team and contribute to laboratory operations.
As Team Leader – Technical you will use your strong people management skills to supervise and coordinate a team of Laboratory Technicians in their day-to-day activities to maintain efficient testing workflows.
You will work closely with the Chief Scientist, Operations Manager and Team Leaders to contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of laboratory policies and procedures.
