Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of telecom technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to project timelines.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex telecommunications systems, including fiber optics and wireless networks.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for network upgrades and expansions, staying ahead of technological advancements.
• Manage team resources, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluations, to optimize operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent demonstrate strong technical acumen.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting various telecom network infrastructures (e.g., MPLS, Ethernet, 5G).
