YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Have the ability to embrace our company values which are Kindness, Respect, Integrity, and Innovation
  • Proven experience working with people with mental health needs, disabilities or complex barriers to work.
  • Experience managing or supervising frontline employment or health support teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets and service outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and influence others.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships with health, community and employer stakeholders.
