Description

The Juicery is looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader for one seacoast NH locations. A Team Leader is responsible for the overall day to day operations of our quick serve restaurant. As the team leader, you’ll be responsible for customer relations, product ordering and inventory, hiring, and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2-years of experience in restaurant operations, prior restaurant supervising experience is a bonus. Major responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the store
  • Creating and managing store schedule
  • Managing product ordering and store inventory
  • Managing cash handling
  • Hiring, training, and developing staff
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Managing and enforcing food safety procedures
  • Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team

The Juicery is an independently owned and operated quick serve restaurant chain operating in multiple states throughout New England. This juice bar is driven by producing high quality and healthy alternatives to other quick serve options that consumers have in the marketplace.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates with prior experience in the following items will be considered for the position of Restaurant Manager:

  • Experience with managing orders in a high-volume environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!)
  • Full-time availability
