Key Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Support and Lead: Oversees daily operations, ensuring all positions are running smoothly, from cashiers to kitchen staff.
  • Keeps and effective stream of communication, with the manager and fellow team leaders and staff, with regularly scheduled meetings
  • Financial Management: Help maintain profits by managing inventory and labor costs. Review financial reports and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, take orders, and address guest concerns.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and train crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless establishment and delicious food.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Strong food background is a plus
