PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to support the Operations Supervisor in managing service levels across the department.
WHAT YOU DO:
Providing employees with feedback on their performance levels
Assisting with the management of poor performance
Inspect equipment to identify shortages and damages and relay the findings to management
Resolution of conflicts between employees
Facilitating effective communication between management and employees
Carrying out stock checks to ensure the required conditions are met and all documents are accurate
Ensuring the required level of hygiene on the contract is maintained at all times
Informing the relevant people of issues that arise and assist in finding resolution.
