One of our client an O&G industry is looking for the Team Leader, Transformation (Financial) with strong background of Port Operations / Logistics provider.

This will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by identifying growth opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading transformative initiatives that enhance operational excellence and long-term value creation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Spearhead the identification and development of new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and partnerships with major port operations and global logistics providers.
• Support the formulation and execution of commercial strategies and business transformation programmes.
• Lead the development of business cases, financial models, and investment proposals to support executive and board-level decision-making.
• Drive regional and international business development initiatives, partnership opportunities, and tender submissions.
• Prepare high-impact executive reports, business performance analyses, and decision-support materials.
• Champion digitalization and AI-driven initiatives that improve efficiency, modernize legacy processes, and unlock new capabilities.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and promote service excellence across key stakeholders.

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the Oil & Gas industry with Port Operations - mandatory
