Key Responsibilities:   * Motivate and coach your team to achieve their best every day * Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with excellence * Foster a culture of growth, engagement, and cross-team and company collaboration * Build lasting relationships with clients and serve as an HRG brand ambassador * Partner with Group Managers to prioritize work, manage resources, and ensure quality * Share ideas and best practices with fellow leaders to keep us at the forefront of our industry   Requirements:   * Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Professional Engineering Licensure preferred * 6+ years of experience in project management * Candidates with less than 6 years of experience may be considered if they demonstrate substantial success in the field * Project experience must include appropriate software, planning, roadway design, specification writing, and construction administration * Experience with transportation permits and processes in West Virginia and Pennsylvania * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Open Roads Designer is a plus * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Experience with client relations, business development, marketing, proposal preparation, project budgeting, and public presentations preferred * Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, etc. * Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays * Valid US Driver’s License is required * Legal authorization to work in the U.S.     Life at HRG Are you a creative problem solver who wants to make a difference in people’s everyday lives?
