This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 100000 - Rs 700000 (ie INR 1-7 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Gurugram JobType: full-time In the role of Team Leader, you will oversee a team of Travel Consultants to provide exceptional booking and ticketing services. Your position will serve as a link between front-line operations and management, guaranteeing the attainment of all travel-related KPIs while nurturing a culture of high performance. Key Responsibilities: Management of Performance & KPIs Leadership & Coaching of Team Members Expert Knowledge in Travel & GDS Reporting & Analysis Qualifications & Experience: ● Education: A degree in any field (an IATA or Travel/Tourism qualification is highly advantageous). ● Experience: * Total Experience: 4–6 years in a BPO/International Contact Center. ● Leadership Experience: At least 1–2 years as a Team Leader in a Travel/Ticketing environment. ● Essential Skill: Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo). ● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Required Skills: ● Leadership: Capability to manage a team of 15–20 agents in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. ● Data Literacy: High proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) for monitoring team performance. ● Critical Thinking: Ability to make swift decisions during system failures or significant travel disruptions. ● Process Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of airline policies, IATA regulations, and the complete ticketing process.
