The Opportunity You’ll manage multiple team leaders and their sales agents, owning performance across the board. This isn’t a “behind-the-desk” role. We want someone on the floor, coaching live calls, setting standards, and making things happen. You’ll be a key player in our growth story—developing people, improving processes, and driving revenue.

• Leading multiple sales teams through your team leaders
• Coaching live, setting daily standards, and driving KPIs
• Delivering structured 1:1s, sales clinics, and performance plans
• Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
• Creating a winning, high-energy sales floor culture
• Ensuring full FCA compliance and ethical selling practices
