The Opportunity You’ll manage you’re very own team of car finance brokers, owning performance across the board. This isn’t a “behind-the-desk” role. We want someone on the floor, coaching live calls, setting standards, and making things happen. You’ll be a key player in our growth story—developing people, improving processes, and driving revenue.

• Coaching live, setting daily standards, and driving KPIs
• Delivering structured 1:1s, sales clinics, and performance plans
• Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
• Creating a winning, high-energy sales floor culture
• Ensuring full FCA compliance and ethical selling practices

You should be:

• Someone who has led successful car finance broker teams and delivered standout results
• Comfortable driving performance through real-time coaching and high standards
• Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and sharp on compliance
• Ambitious, competitive, and ready to be a part of something fast-moving and big

This isn’t a role for a corporate manager or someone used to layers of red tape. We want someone hands-on, hungry, and proven in the car finance game.
