Description

At TIMEPARTNER, everything runs smoothly – in the warehouse and logistics, you ensure that goods arrive safely and processes run without a hitch. Structure, reliability, and team spirit are essential here – and that's exactly what you're looking for.

When multiple processes run simultaneously in the warehouse, a manager is needed who sets priorities, coordinates employees, and maintains an overview even under high workloads. As a warehouse logistics team leader (m/f/d) or warehouse coordinator (m/f/d) in Wildau, you manage the processes during your shift and ensure that goods receipt, order picking, and goods dispatch mesh reliably. You combine operational management with organization and the continuous improvement of processes. As the central point of contact for your shift, you ensure that personnel, goods, and processes work together optimally.

  • You provide professional guidance to your warehouse team, assign tasks, and set clear priorities within the shift.
  • You plan and coordinate the daily processes from goods receipt and order picking to goods dispatch according to requirements.
  • You organize staff deployment during your shift and adapt flexibly to different order volumes and capacities.
  • You consistently keep an eye on quality, safety and process requirements and ensure their implementation in daily business.
  • You systematically introduce new employees and reliably support your team with organizational and operational questions.
  • You review logistical processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and coordinate optimizations with internal interfaces.

That's what we're looking for

You are familiar with the processes in a modern warehouse, you guide employees in an understandable and motivating way, and you maintain an overview even when several important tasks are being handled simultaneously.

  • A successfully completed apprenticeship in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your professional knowledge.
  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in leading or coordinating employees in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • You are confident in your use of warehouse management systems and digital workflows.
  • Your work style is characterized by organizational talent, assertiveness, and a sense of responsibility.
  • You are willing to work in shifts and have good German skills for reliable communication within the team.
  • You impress with your confident demeanor, make solution-oriented decisions, and bring together employees and internal contacts.
