ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re hiring a Production Team Leader to join our manufacturing site in King’s Lynn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in production or manufacturing who’s ready to take the next step in leadership.
As a Production Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day operations on the shop floor. You’ll support your team to hit production targets, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement in everything we do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and support production staff to meet daily targets.
• Plan and prepare production activities in advance.
• Maintain product quality and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Requisition materials and manage workflow efficiently.
• Communicate with supervisors and attend regular team briefings.
• Support new product development alongside Engineering and Design teams.
• Take part in stock checks and report maintenance or breakdown issues.
• Promote a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Assist in training team members and identifying development needs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support lean practices.
