JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to oversee our kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in food preparation, bartending, or hospitality roles within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Previous experience in supervising or managing a team is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for food production and culinary excellence is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
