Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You’ll mentor Centre Directors, lead workforce planning and drive initiatives that improve the employee value proposition.

You’ll also:

  • Lead workforce management processes including rostering, payroll, return to work and recruitment.
  • Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (Quality Area 4 & 7).
  • Provide leadership in policy development and change management.

  • Package: $117,242 - $129,637 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation and an award vehicle allowance of $10,780 gross p.a.
  • Hours of work: Temporary Full Time, working 35 hours per week. You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council’s flex system. Position is expected to be available up to December 2026.
