Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Team Leader Workforce Services is responsible for leading a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver high-quality services. With a strong foundation in HR and systems experience, the position oversees advisory support, process improvements, and service partnerships while embedding a customer-first approach. The role demands strategic thinking, leveraging internal platforms to streamline operations, developing and elevating corporate templates, and ensuring our knowledge base is effectively built and maintained. Driving continuous improvement, managing escalated issues, and aligning service partnerships are central to success in this role.
To thrive in this role, you’ll be able to hit the ground running—triaging and identifying knowledge gaps, optimising service delivery processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative tools and frameworks. Leading the service channel strategy ensures operations run smoothly, while your engagement with stakeholders fosters alignment in service expectations. The role strengthens both immediate service efficiency and long-term strategic outlook, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver accurate, consistent, and effective advisory services.
