NATURE & SCOPE
Lead with Purpose! We’re seeking a passionate and organized Team Lead to oversee our inclusive before and after school program for children ages 5–12. In this dynamic role, you’ll supervise and mentor a team of staff and volunteers, plan and lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all children and families. You’ll be responsible for child-centered programming, active supervision, conflict resolution, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and community partners. Additional duties include preparing healthy snacks, maintaining a clean and professional space, and handling administrative tasks such as payroll and budget tracking.
