REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (camp/industrial catering an asset)
• Valid Food Safety Certificate
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and work long shifts in a remote environment

• Assist in daily food preparation, cooking, and service
• Execute menus with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team in a fast-paced camp setting
