To achieve this Adult Social Services and Children’s Services have developed the Preparing for Adult Life Service, that is Norfolk’s transition in to Adult Social Care service for young people.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Manager who has considerable experience of working within a social work role, including experience of working with complex needs and risks associated with mental health needs or disabilities.
