• Effectively leading a team of individuals to deliver key claims management objectives and critical service standards with particular emphasis on new claims
• Understanding key performance drivers and identifying opportunities to continuously improve team performance
• Utilising your technical (legislative and policy) knowledge to ensure quality claims management decisions are delivered by your team
• Ensuring MACC Key Performance indicators and claimant expectations are either met or exceeded
• Leading, engaging, and supporting your team during periods of business change
