We are seeking a Team Manager on a 12-month maternity leave contract, based in our Darwin office. About the role Effectively lead a team of individuals to deliver key claims management objectives and critical service standards with particular emphasis on new claims Understand key performance drivers and identify opportunities to continuously improve team performance Utilise your technical (legislative and policy) knowledge to ensure quality claims management decisions are delivered by your team Ensure MACC Key Performance indicators and claimant expectations are either met or exceeded Lead, engage, and support your team during periods of business change About you Extensive experience with a no-fault statutory motor accident compensation scheme Expertise in team leadership and a proven track record of driving high performance Experience in business planning and execution Innovative thinking – creative ideas that improve operational effectiveness and efficiency Demonstrated ability for developing strong customer relationships and effectively resolving customer complaints A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape Benefits and perks Inclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every day!
