Primary Responsibility: Due to site expansion, we are recruiting multiple Team Managers to work across various shifts at our Ormeau site. As the Team Manager, you will be experienced with providing strong operations leadership to a team of frontline workers, whilst developing skillsets in the team and supporting other site leaders. You would manage and coordinate all processes and activities during the shift to deliver outstanding customer service. We will be seeking Team Managers for the following shifts: * 0500 – 1300 Monday – Friday * 1100 – 1900 Tuesday – Saturday * 1300 – 2100 Monday Friday Please note that these shifts are not flexible; they are the required shifts for our operation, and successful applicants must be able to work their assigned shift patterns. What You'll Do: * Planning and controlling KPI performance of a team, and managing all aspects of labour * Maintaining compliance to health and safety and driving a safety culture * Coordinating and managing work with subcontractors and internal departments * Managing employee performance and creating development pathways What Experience and Education You Need: Ideally, you are someone with exceptional attention to detail, who prides themselves on being deadline-oriented and maintaining a high level of productivity. * Minimum 3 years of proven operational management experience. * Demonstrated experience in managing large teams. * Knowledge of distribution operations. * Strong people management skills. * Cross-functional leadership with multiple teams. * Experience in effective decision-making in a fast-moving business environment.
