About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day organisation and workflow of our warehouse operations.

This role is responsible for coordinating stock movements, preparing upcoming customer orders, managing warehouse priorities, and ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched efficiently.

A key part of the position is working closely with our office and operations team to understand upcoming customer orders, project requirements and delivery schedules. You will be responsible for reviewing upcoming orders and determining what stock needs to be picked and prepared.

Depending on the order, stock may need to be:

  • Picked and staged for the assembly team before delivery; or
  • Picked, packed and palletised for direct delivery without requiring assembly.

The role therefore requires someone who can plan ahead, prioritise orders based on upcoming delivery requirements and ensure the correct stock is prepared in the correct sequence.
