Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our customers by leading a team within the LFC warehouse function. You’ll focus on upholding legal and budgetary requirements while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through agreed SLAs. Leading by example, you’ll foster engagement and uphold our values within your team, maintaining open and effective communication. Your customer-centric approach will prioritise the needs of the customer in all operational activities and decision-making processes. Managing and coaching your colleagues, you’ll drive their performance towards achieving targets and collaborate with other colleagues within the LFC to deliver site results. You’ll also be accountable for maintaining health and safety standards, planning resource activities for your team, and ensuring the accuracy and security of stock.
