Key Duties:
Lead, train and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge of team members.
Monitor team members’ performance and conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained within the team.
Stay up to date with market and competitor trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales metrics.
