A Day in Your Life at MKS: As an Automation Team manager at Equipment plant, you will partner with Sales/Customers/Production/Quality etc. to develop all thing related with electrical. In this role, you will report to the Mgr, Systems Design Engineering. You Will Make an Impact By: • Create work assign for whole team • Provide technical support for whole team and provide coaching and training • Have regular meeting with Feucht to exchange all task and experience • Lead the team to finish all development task • Follow HSE rule Skills You Bring: • Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Automation degree • At least 5 years of experience about automation equipment • Has team management experience • Good English ability, be able to communicate with foreign colleagues • Has experience on E3 to E plan software Preferred Skills: • Good English ability • Familiar with DFMEA, DOE Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
