Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide quality operational assistance that will contribute to the profitability and growth of our business.
The Team Managers are required to lead and manage a team in a hands-on capacity whilst leading the safety of the Distribution Centre and the people within it, ensuring that employees are productive and perform work in accordance with all company guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Safety policies and procedures.
  • Organising and motivating work teams within your section.
  • Ensuring KPI reporting in line with Distribution Centre reporting processes and targets
  • Attending and providing input at daily performance review meetings
  • Improving stock accuracy/store order accuracy to support strong availability for the customer

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Previous experience in a supervisorial-management role preferred
  • Confident and engaging communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of safe work practices
  • Adaptability and flexibility
