    Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will provide quality operational assistance that will contribute to the profitability and grown of our business. The Team Managers are required to closely supervise a work team in a hands-on capacity, ensuring that employees are productive and perform work in accordance with all company guidelines and procedures, including all OH&S practices.
Responsibilities

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Organising and motivating work teams within your section
  • Ensuring KPI reporting in line with Distribution Centre reporting processes and targets
  • Attending and providing input at daily performance review meetings
  • Improving stock accuracy/store order accuracy to support strong availability for the customer

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Previous experience in a supervisorial-management role preferred
  • Confident and engaging communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of safe work practices
  • Adaptability and flexibility
