    Oversee the running of a high performing distribution centre, implement strategies to increase performance & deliver exceptional service standards.
    Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will provide quality operational assistance that will contribute to the profitability and grown of our business.
    The Team Managers are required to closely supervise a work team in a hands-on capacity, ensuring that employees are productive and perform work in accordance with all company guidelines and procedures, including all OH&S practices.

Responsibilities

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Organising and motivating work teams within your section
  • Ensuring KPI reporting in line with Distribution Centre reporting processes and targets
  • Attending and providing input at daily performance review meetings
  • Improving stock accuracy/store order accuracy to support strong availability for the customer

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Previous experience in a supervisorial-management role preferred
  • Confident and engaging communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of safe work practices
  • Adaptability and flexibility
