As Team Manager Finance Consolidation (m/f/d) at our Saarbrücken location, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your Finance Consolidation team. Together, you will ensure the correct execution of accounting and the preparation of (consolidated) financial statements in accordance with German GAAP ( HGB) and IFRS . You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our finance processes, providing relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting and planning , and actively supporting the further development of the department's strategy. You will continuously develop your team, set clear goals, and foster open, performance-oriented collaboration in a collegial work environment.
