In this key leadership role, you’ll help drive market growth, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued development of our talented South-East Queensland team. Drive excellence through overseeing project delivery, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to safety and quality standards. Foster business development by building strong client partnerships and expanding AECOM’s market presence. Cultivate a collaborative, safe, and high-performing team culture while mentoring engineers and designers, providing technical direction, and contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline. Guide financial and operational success through thoughtful planning, team alignment, and resource management. Proven track record in ground engineering and tunnelling, with a strong focus on business development and client management. Strategic Thinker, ability to identify market opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance our competitive edge. Experience driving market growth and strengthening client relationships A passion for mentoring, leadership & collaboration. Commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions that balance profitability, efficiency, and market insight.
