What you need to know Location: Joondalup and West Perth Working hours: 37.5 hours per week between 7.30am and 8.30pm with a scheduled Saturday on rotation ever 6 to 10 weeks What will you be doing: You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional sales and member experiences. Key responsibilities include: Drive team performance through regular coaching, leadership routines, and KPI management. Motivate and develop team members to achieve sales, service, and engagement goals. Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with product and legislative guidelines. Analyse performance reports to identify trends and implement improvements. Support business initiatives and change management activities. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Operations and support teams. What we are looking for: As a member-based organisation, alignment to our values is essential, in addition to: A seasoned customer service professional with leadership experience, in a busy, multi-tasking contact centre environment Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Experience in managing KPI’s and coaching to drive improvement Creating a cohesive and collaborative work environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others Ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in difficult situations Strong computer literacy and ability to use many applications at once whilst having engaging conversations A demonstrated capability to coach and align a team within set sales frameworks A collaborative, adaptable approach and passion for developing others to ensure performance standards What Can We Offer You?
