Position #: 200385 Expected Start Date: December 01, 2025 Union: OOS Facility: Sherbrooke Community Centre City/Town: Saskatoon Department: SCC-MGT TEAM 1 Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Standby Hours of Work: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: No Job Description: The Team Manager is accountable for all aspects of daily operations of the neighbourhood and for ensuring resident directed care is provided. The incumbent is responsible to ensure the neighbourhood supports full and abundant life for residents through creation of a human habitat and promoting healthy relationships for members. The incumbent guides and coaches’ staff to uphold the mission of Sherbrooke, Principles of Care, Organizational Principles and Principles of the Eden AlternativeTM. The incumbent is a member of the management team and as such participates in the overall management of the facility.
